Payment troubleshooting

Use this guide if PayPal opened but Pro did not activate right away.

PayPal opened but Pro did not activate

  1. Return to TapPilot using the same account that started checkout.
  2. Tap Check Payment Status.
  3. If PayPal says payment was not completed, tap Buy 30-Day Pro Pass to try again.
  4. If PayPal completed payment, wait a moment and check again.

What statuses mean

  • Created or pending means payment was not completed yet.
  • Completed means PayPal confirmed the order and Pro can activate after server verification.
  • Denied or cancelled means no Pro pass was activated.

Common mistakes

  • Backing out of PayPal before approval.
  • Signing into TapPilot with a different account after payment.
  • Sending card information to support.
