PayPal opened but Pro did not activate
- Return to TapPilot using the same account that started checkout.
- Tap Check Payment Status.
- If PayPal says payment was not completed, tap Buy 30-Day Pro Pass to try again.
- If PayPal completed payment, wait a moment and check again.
What statuses mean
- Created or pending means payment was not completed yet.
- Completed means PayPal confirmed the order and Pro can activate after server verification.
- Denied or cancelled means no Pro pass was activated.
Common mistakes
- Backing out of PayPal before approval.
- Signing into TapPilot with a different account after payment.
- Sending card information to support.
